EXTENTIONS

Our experience building extensions to a high spec and outstanding finish dates back to 2003 with our first project being to convert an integral garage into an habitable room in our first home.

We undertook the mammoth task of designing the plans ourselves and submitted them to our Local Authority for approval by the Building Control. With the successful completion of this project the property ladder was open as a result of the value added to the property.

This was only the beginning of a succession of further approved applications and subsequently building more extensions. We have had the privilege to help many families to maximise their space and achieve their dreams.
